- The purchased fonts disappeared from the My Fonts list.

Please check the following two cases:
-
Expiration of the subscription: Mobile packs are available for use for one year (365 days). If the font disappeared from your My Fonts list, please verify the expiration date of your subscription.

Login account: Ensure that you are logged in with the correct purchasing account. Depending on the login method (such as SNS login), different accounts may be created. You need to log in with the account used for purchasing in order to use the fonts you bought.
If account verification is difficult or font visibility persists as an issue, please contact customer support (1:1 inquiry) for assistance.

- How to install the font files

Check the fonts you want to use under the My Fonts or Free Fonts section at the bottom of the app.

Click on the checkbox next to the font name to install (activate) the font.

The activated fonts can only be used in apps that support fonts provided by Sandoll Cloud. You can use them in specific apps listed here.
Its important to note that the fonts can only be used in apps that support custom font usage. If the app you want to use does not support this feature, you won be able to use fonts from Sandoll Cloud.

Tip: After installing fonts in the Sandoll Cloud app, you can verify their registration under [Settings > General > Fonts] on your device.

- The purchased font does not appear in the My Fonts list in the app.

It may take up to 5 minutes for the purchased product to be registered after payment. If the font does not appear immediately after purchase, please ensure that your app is up to date and try restarting the app. If the font still doesn appear after some time, please contact customer support (1:1 inquiry) with the font name you purchased, and we will assist you promptly.

현재 베이키는 별도의 API나 SDK를 제공하지 않습니다.
이는 iOS에서 폰트 설치 및 관리 기능을 OS 레벨에서 자동으로 처리하기 때문입니다.
서드파티 앱은 Apple 표준 API(UIFont, CTFont)를 이용해 시스템에 설치된 폰트를 그대로 사용하면 됩니다.

가능합니다.
베이키는 Font Provider App(폰트 제공 앱) 구조를 사용하며, Apple이 정의한 방식에 따라 iOS 시스템 전역에 폰트를 설치합니다.
서드파티 앱은 Apple 표준 API(UIFont, CTFont)를 이용해 시스템에 설치된 폰트를 그대로 사용하면 됩니다.
별도의 베이키 API가 필요하지 않습니다.

베이키 앱에서 구매하신 폰트는 모바일 전용 상품으로 PC의 산돌구름에서 사용하실 수 없습니다.
PC 환경의 산돌구름에서 이용을 희망하시는 경우, 산돌구름 홈페이지에서 PC 환경에서 이용 가능한 폰트를 별도 구독 해 주셔야 합니다.
